Overview
Manual audit of multiple products of multiple categories led to sometimes delyed results , delayed feedback and therefore delay in overall understanding of the store's true outputs and contributions to sales
We developed a mobile application powered by Computer Vision to identify the products on shelf and accurately make calculations of the scores based on rules set by the organisation to validate effective sales at the store
